Hi my name is Abdi, I am 11 years old and I have three younger siblings. There names are Abdalla she is 2 years old and I have another sister her name is Abdu she is 9 years old and then I have a brother his name is King he is 1 year old. Then I have my mom but I don’t have a dad he died in a fire we had last year his name was King my brother King was named after him when he died.My moms name is Addo she is 44 years old I actually shouldn’t tell you that because she hates people telling her age. Will that is my family. So when I wake up I sometimes don’t have breakfast because there is nothing to eat, it is quite sad because I starved so anyways I get dressed and and go outside to brush my teeth then I get my stuff ready and then I walk about 5km to school I have to wake up at 4:30 to get to school on time. It was quite a bummer yesterday because my shoes broke when I was walking home so my feet were so sore. So I walk to school and my feet get cut so badly because of the rocks so when I get to school my feet are bleeding so badly and it gets dirt in it because of the dirty water I have to walk in to get to the door of my classroom. I am very crowded in class and it stinks. I sometimes have to stay home and not go to school because I don’t have stactionary. We have about 60 children in one class and we only have 1 teacher for 60 children so only one child can pass the grade and the others have to stay back. I am not really a smart child I need help quite a lot. When I get home from school there is nothing there then 10 min later I have to go fetch my siblings from school because my mom is at work and my siblings are to young to walk home by there selves. We never have a good meal of food. I sometimes have nothing to eat. I go to bed hungry.
